About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Attended Queen Margaret Hospital Endoscopy Unit.

This was my third visit and as with the previous two, everybody involved in the Department was of the highest order.

When the NHS are constantly under the spotlight, it never ceases to amaze me how they constantly go above and beyond in relation to the care which they constantly deliver.

QMH Endoscopy is a classic example. Well done all concerned

Thank you for taking time to feedback about your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit. I was delight to read that you were given the same high standard of care, consistent with your visit on two previous occasions.

It will give me great delight to pass on to the team your very kind comments especially as you mentioned how they all went above and beyond to make your visit at positive one. As you also mentioned, the NHS is in the spotlight frequently, here at the Regional Endoscopy Unit we do our very best to deliver each off our patients the highest standard of individual care they deserve. Thank you again for your kind comments wishing you a speedy recovery
