"Exemplary care"

I have been seen by Dr May at dermatology RAH for many years. I can’t thank her enough for the care and treatment she has provided thus far. She knows her patients well and really does care about providing the best possible care. I never feel rushed in appointments and always feel she listens to me and appears compassionate and empathetic. I trust her massively and value her input in my care.

I’ve been in a dark place many times when in seeing her and seeing her just restores your faith that things will get better. She goes over and above, a huge example is that she’s recently sourced a treatment that I found research on that may be helpful for me.  I discussed this with her and although it cannot be sourced in the UK she’s managed to find a source and get it ordered in from abroad!!

She provides information and expertise on each possible treatment option but very much allows you to make the decision on what you think will be best treatment options which I feel is great. Honestly Dr May deserves some kind of award!! I cannot thank her enough and hope she’ll be my consultant for as long as I need her input!
