"Keep up the good work, you are all stars."

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to triage twice due to pregnancy being overdue.  Each time I attended staff were friendly and reassuring, especially with me being a first time mum

The second time I attended triage I was found to be 9 cms dilated and the staff were having a very busy night with sending patients to the labour war. In this situation the staff,  especially Jenny and her co worker, were calm and I felt reassured when I was anxious about being taken to the labour ward in a emergency

The staff were all brilliant keep up the good work

The staff on the labour ward were equally brilliant especially Moragn - she made me laugh so much and reassured at all times

All the staff on the labour ward were lovely and made me feel at ease during a very anxious time

The theatre team were amazing and treated me with great respect and dignity

I have found all the staff in the maternity hospital all very friendly and reassuring at all times which makes the experience more easier

All the staff have been brilliant and made bringing my daughter into the world a positive experience

I can't thank you all enough

Keep up the good work everyone,  you are all stars.

Thanks again

Dear Friend1000,

Firstly congratulations on the birth on your daughter. I hope you are all settling in well as a family.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send in feedback about your experiences in AMH. The staff you have mentioned will be delighted to hear about the positive impact they had during your time in our hospital and I shall be sure to share it with them and their team leaders.

I wish you well for the future and thanks again for writing in at such a busy time.

Kind regards,

Rachael.
