"Everybody was so understanding and helpful"

I contacted Scotstown Medical Practice about a family member at 8am. First contact with receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Dr Gupta called me back by 10, listened, understood and made appointment to see family member that afternoon. It was a stressful day, and everybody was so understanding and helpful.  I cannot praise Dr Gupta enough for the understanding and support he provided. When I called back later in the day to confirm decision about medication, the receptionist was so lovely, and reassuring.  I had such a positive experience today and I wanted to ensure this was fed back to the practice and staff.
