"Excellent administration staff and GP surgery"

I emailed the gp surgery to say I had started Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH ) injections and was due my second, so needed a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) prescription. The first was given by the hospital.

They called to say they hadn’t had the clinical letter from the hospital but would chase. They called back within 30 minutes to say they’d got the letter and I didn’t need to chase the hospital, got them to send to me too and said they’d speak to a doctor.

I had a message the next day saying it’s been added to my repeat prescription, been sent to my pharmacy and will need to see them for a 3 month review!
