(as a service user),

Had an appt with the lead pharmacist at Stoke. His name is Jazz.   He was really informative helpful and listened 

Jazz explained a new medication and even showed  me a sample.  Ordered my meds.  

I had to have an update with the team. Sophie who did  my bloods. This is the second time she’s taken my bloods and excellent at it too ..  and I even saw Peter who’s helped loads on my journey 

The team there are really nice.   The reception staff are great too.
