"Great Care"

My Mum had been in Abbeleigh House, Harold Wood for the past few years with advancing dementia. Whilst the fabric of the building and decor is not the most modern I cannot rate the care provided to my Mum any higher. The manager and staff could not have done more for my Mum and my family throughout this journey to the end.

Every member of staff was kind, considerate, and helpful to the extreme. We were kept updated on any issues promptly and were assisted with advice and guidance on many issues.

If you have a relative or friend needing care look past what you see in the building its the people that count. The rooms were large and comfortable and we were welcomed as a family. Mum was able to stay to the end of her life with the very best of care and we were very comforted knowing that we couldn't have found a better place for her. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and manager.
