About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as a friend),

I took my friend over to Monklands as she was very unwell and had to have her nose cauterised. The care she received from Dr Cranfield, ANP Pamela and ANP Sharon was absolutely outstanding. She was treated with kindness and compassion. There had been lack of communication regarding admission to hospital and Dr Cranfield sorted it all out and made my friend feel reassured and cared for.

Thank you for sharing your experience in University Hospital Monklands, Ear, Nose and Throat department.

I am sorry to hear that your friend was very unwell and that there was a mix up about admission. I am however very pleased that your friend was reassured and treated with kindness and compassion by both the doctor and ANPs, and that Dr Cranfield was able to sort out the admission issue for you.

It is great encouragement for the staff to be recognised and feel valued. It will be a pleasure to share your feedback with the team.
