Lawson Practice is my biological family, I don't see much of my blood relatives, too many painful memories! All LP staff are kind & supportive to me.

I recently had an appointment, on arrival I checked in via the digital screen in Reception. Two patients were queuing. I politely said excuse me & explained what the screen was for: I added if I could do it anyone can, they were very happy & checked in using the digital screen!

Having OCD takes me a while to prepare to leave home, I could be up for hours but still leave it to the last minute, causing more anxiety. Can we please have a Clock in Reception: Patients & Visitors can see on arrival, there are excellent large Digital Clocks which display time, date & temperature etc.

I think large posters with brief instructions & images on how to check in on the mini screens will reduce the queues: may be!

I wanted to update you on a change we made following your feedback. A digital clock has been installed above the self-check-in screen in the reception area. We hope this will enable more patients to keep track of their appointments. Thank you for the feedback.
