Just over 1 year ago my beloved wife died of cancer.
I was blessed to nurse her final months at home in our bed as I had promised her.
The days, weeks & months are horrendous.
I was told about Inclusions and was able to receive counselling for ptsd and EMDR.
Both counsellors were brilliant and incredibly understanding & kind. (Debbie & Anne I am indebted to you both).
The EMDR was well, amazing as I thought it could be “quack territory” to be honest, but for me, it really did help in 1 session a flashback that had disturb my dreams, my waking, my driving, randomly any time and anywhere.
The professional and kindness I have received will not be forgotten.
Shalom, thank you so much.
