Upon arriving at the hospital i ask for directions to above unit, and person we asked was so polite and helpful. Member of staff, once at rheumatology was made so welcome such nice staff from entering to leaving, Dr Mukhtyar was so informative,
Polite, and caring, re my ailment, but most of all receiving the reports and x ray details Via post was very helpful to me, sometimes and no disrespect intended your family doctor does not always have time to explain in detail the reports they also receive. and also saw a lovely lady called Jackie an occupational therapist Friday Mid-August at Cromer hospital. Jackie went through everything in great detail and was very helpful and caring; a big thank you to all, the NHS is not all bad you know. It’s in a difficult situation at present and with staff like yours there the ones who will see it through, but they also require support from people above, which they very much deserve. All please take good care, thanks again!
Just one other thing, , what prompted me to say thank you was that i was airlifted of a supply boat i work on in December 2012 to hull royal infirmary having lost 3 pints of blood etc. due to a bleeding ulcer. And sorry to say being in hospital there wasn't a very nice experience sorry to say, but Norwich and Norfolk more than made up for that.
