(as a service user),

We recently had a bereavement in our family & we would like to pay thanks to the district nurses who attended our loved family member. 

Quayside district nursing team were fantastic over the course of the illness, but particularly this message is to show appreciation for the weekend cover we had from district nurse Orla. 

She entered our home with such dignity and manners, nothing was too much trouble. She managed our relatives distress along side ours and provided the much needed comfort. 

I have never met someone with so much caring skills. I am 100 percent sure our relative wouldn’t have had the peaceful death without her. We will be forever in debt for Orla that weekend. An absolutely amazing nurse

Firstly I want to offer my condolences to you and your family on your recent bereavement.

Thank you for taking the time to post this lovely review on Quayside District Nursing Team and of course our amazing colleague Orla. I have passed on your care opinion to Orla and she wants to acknowledge how difficult a time it was for you and she is so grateful to know she was able to support you and your loved one at this time.
