(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in hospital for a good while before this ward I was in ICU. I'm happy with the care I have received on this ward, the staff have been excellent. They have made sure to keep me updated. 

The nurses call in and out and I see the doctor regularly. I have good space on the bay and feel comfortable.  The the staff have provided me with an air mattress which is great.

The only thing is the ward is noisy at night so it can be difficult to sleep.

I want to thank you for taking time to leave such kind words feedback regarding the staff.

I apologize about the noise on the ward, unfortunately this is a busy surgical admission ward and there is a lot of admissions and transfer to theatre during the night
