"10/10 care"

I came to the hospital last Thursday and was sent to the chemo ward I wasn't able to get chemotherapy so I was sent to 1 south. The staff here are 10/10, I'm very pleased with the care I have been getting. The communication is good with all the staff I have came across. Everyone is brilliant from the cleaners to the consultants. The cleaning staff take the time to chat to me in the morning whilst they clean my room, this is just great as its lovely to have someone to talk to. I have so much space and have my own bathroom which is great. In my opinion everything has been going well and I don't think anything could be changed to improve my stay.

Thank you for taking the time to comment of your recent admission to 1 south, I am sorry that your chemo had to be postponed and I hope that you are now back on schedule. I am pleased that you had such a good experience on the ward and that the staff had time to chat with you, I have passed on your kind wards to all the staff.
