About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery University Hospital Wishaw / Pre Operative Assessment University Hospital Wishaw / Theatres, Recovery & Anaesthetics

(as the patient),

Admitted for 2 procedures, colorectal and gynaecological, following investigations.

Was keep informed all the way through admission, preparation and post surgery by caring staff.

Could not think of anything which could be improved upon.

First class service, treatment and care given by all nurses and doctors.

My experience of pre-assessment and of all the services was excellent.

Many thanks for your response and I am recovering well. Ms Thornton my colorectal surgeon actually telephoned me on a Saturday ten days after my procedure to give me results and ask how I was. This is care above and beyond.
