"My care & rehab after my stroke"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Stroke Unit (Ward 11)

(as a service user),

I had a bleed on the RHS of my brain in May 2023 and was admitted to Ward 11. The nurses and physio and occupational therapists all provided fantastic care with good humour. I'm so grateful to the physios for getting me back onto my feet.

Note to the catering team - a side salad isn't a natural accompaniment for a Scotch Pie.
