"Patience, tireless work & kindness"

About: Community Mental Health Services / Dementia Outreach Team (DOT) Community Mental Health Services / Mental Health Acute Assessment and Treatment Service (MHAATS)

(as a carer),

I have to express my deepest gratitude to our mental health nurse, Angela,  for her great support & help to get full time care for our mum. She fought our corner all the way & we cannot thank her enough.

We have been extremely lucky with all he care & attention we have received over the last 8 years. Our dementia crisis nurse Margaret has been our rock throughout. Nothing was ever a problem. Always at the end of a phone.

Although it takes a long time to get a social worker, when we got Natasha she was wonderful, finding carers & day care so quickly. Our new social worker Siobhan has been with us only a short time but has moved mountains.

This is Falkirk community care & Forth Valley trust. In my view, every one of these ladies deserve medals for their amazing patience, tireless work & kindness. We will never thank you enough.
