"No contact & cannot call"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Been under ENT for the last 6 years. Had 3 appointments in that time. I'm still deaf in my left ear and I still have pulsatil tinnitus in right ear.

Had a pre op in Jan 2023 for grommits. Six months later I have heard nothing. Have also visited GP to ask for a letter, as I work on the phones and need a specialist head set. GP could not provide me this as ENT have added zero hearing tests onto the system.

The telephone number for ENT is either engaged, then rings seconds later but nobody answers. I'm stuck in limbo. Giving up. Absolutely shocking, in my view.
