About: Acute Medical Unit / Ward 4 - Acute Medical Receiving

(as the patient),

My mum was taken into ward 4 at PRI on at the beginning of July.I would just like to say the care she received was outstanding. Staff from ground level to top were amazing.I was also admitted a week later with pneumonia and I received the same level of care in Ward 4.I cannot praise the staff enough for there level of care and compassion.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience of AMU, from the perspective of being a patient and a relative. Your recognition of the work done by the entire team is greatly appreciated and I will ensure this is shared with them all.
I hope both you, and your mum are recovering well.

Thank you it would be good for the entire team to know the difference they make to peoples lives.I am recovering at home well.My mum is still facing a lengthy stay in Ward 2 at Ninewells which has been made possible by the input from Ward 4 staff. Thankyou all again!
