I am a service user with complex medical diagnoses including an immune disease/disorder

I was referred some years ago by a respiratory consultant at North Devon District Hospital because of repeat respiratory infections every year.

I was seen by Dr  Leeman initially and since then have had great consideration and treatment. Of particular note, during the 2 years of the Covid Pandemic, I continued to be reviewed despite the pressures on all staff at Derriford Hospital at the time, and despite the constant pressure on the Eden Unit, the consultants and staff.

I am so very grateful, without the care of Dr Leeman and her team, there is a distinct possibility that I may not have survived. I suffer with many health problems and am at high risk of catching Covid 19 but presently fortunate. Thank You Dr Leeman and team, thank you Derriford hospital
