My mother attended FVRH fracture clinic twice following a fracture to her wrist. We have nothing but praise for the time and attention she was given by the orthopaedic consultant Mr Syed and the nursing staff including Julie, Clare and their colleagues. We felt listened to, cared for and genuine empathy and support from the wonderful staff. This is the NHS at its best. Thank you.
