"Help and encouragement from my physiotherapist"

Hello, 

My story is one of physiotherapy at PRI with the Neurology Physiotherapist, Louise.

My experience from the start has been excellent. Louise has been extremely caring, empathetic, supportive and a great listener. She has helped me through the struggles I am facing and given me so much support and confidence going forward that it is making this journey a little bit easier. 

From my first appointment, Louise has been so encouraging and despite me thinking I’m not doing so good, she has pushed me to have a better physical and mental state than I had at the start. 

I still have a way to go yet and I will get there eventually, thanks to the help and encouragement of my physiotherapist. Louise has been the one person I have had the most interaction with so far and she really has been a godsend to me. 

It has been a pleasure to work with Louise and I’m so thankful to have met her on the road that I am on.
