"The staff were excellent"

About: Biggart Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I received physiotherapy at Biggart hospital in Prestwick after I had full left knee replacement.

This was part of my recovery and to help build fitness to allow me to continue with a normal life.

My knee was painful at the start of the programme in keeping with just having had an operation 2 weeks previous.

The girls within the physio department were excellent and after attending for 4 weeks I met and exceeded all expectations.

The staff were excellent providing me with care, professionalism, expert advice and most of all motivating me to do the best I could to get my knee fully functional.

Dear Andyboy

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the Physiotherapy Service within Biggart Hospital.

It will be my pleasure to forward your kind comments to the Team as I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported and reassured during your time with them.

I am pleased to hear that you not only met, but exceeded, all expectations within only 4 weeks of treatment commencing. Well done - your hard work is obviously paying off:)

Please accept my good wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind regards

Pamela

Dear Andyboy,

Feedback is so important to us. It not only helps us to know when we are getting things right, but it also helps us to reflect and learn when we don't.

We really appreciate it when our patients take the time and effort to contact us and it cannot be underestimated how much staff morale is lifted when they receive such lovely comments from the patients they strive to help.

Thank you once again, on behalf of the physio Team at Biggart, for all your kind words.

Kind Regards

Pamela
