"filthy, dirty, disgusting"

Im appauled at the utter chaos
the a and e is a sess pit of filth
blood and poo all over toilet floor
used toilet paper strewn on floor
bloodied tissues on floor of cubicle
nurses washing clinical trays in hand washing sink in cubical
lots of clinical staff aimlessly walking around not actually attending patients despite the fact there was 90 patients waiting to be triarged didnt appear to be any kind
Of leadership or organised contol
People laying on trolleys in corridors for hours and hours even a paramedic told me they brought a 95year old lady in at 3am the preveouse day at 7.30pm the next day she was still laying on a trolley in a cubicle! this department desperatley needs root and branch overhaul i have never felt so frightened for my life ever!
I would rather die in a ditch than attend blackburn e.d
