Care at Tobermory Surgery Isle of Mull

Experienced a re-occurrence of a previous issue for which I had minor surgery 3 months prior which was successful  In a slightly heightened state of upset and worry I called and one of the reception staff Katy (on this occasion but others have responded the same on previous occasions for a range of different issues) as usual treated me and my concerns with sensitivity and kindness.

I have an emergency appointment tomorrow afternoon at my request for which I am very grateful. Considering that across the country so many many people struggle to get appointments I consider, and always have, considered we on the Island are extremely well cared for in every way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. NHS staff work extremely hard to support everyone to maintain their well-being and it is wonderful to hear that this high level of service delivery is also being delivered in remote areas, which are so important to local communities.
