What I liked
I was attending the Fracture Clinic for a follow up appointment having first been to Burnley General. The staff were wonderful and i can only praise their caring attitude
What could be improved
My first appointment for my broken arm was at the fracture clinic at Burnley General. I was then sent to Blackburn for the follow up appointments. However, it seemed that the xrays did not follow me to blackburn. The Radiographers were lovely but they were working blind as they had no idea as to the exact location of the fracture. Would it be so hard for Burnley to have forwarded the xrays on especially as they are now downloaded on computers? After all a break is painful enough but if the staff arent told where the problem is it makes their job harder and the patient subject to unnecessary pain.
