About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT)

(as a carer),

I had to attend OPAT at Forth Valley  for iv treatment for 4 weeks.   The staff were very welcoming and friendly,  professional with a can do attitude to any concerns you  may have 

First class  treatment from first  class staff.

10 out of 10 and my heartfelt thanks
