We took our child to Out of hour’s doctor and they advised us to go over to A&E with our daughter. We were taken up to the paw ward straight away then admitted to the Daisy ward. The staff have been amazing. The doctors are very nice and extremely thorough doing everything they can. The doctor that looked after my daughter in ED actually came and checked in on us when we were on the ward. The ward is so nice, I haven’t been on the Paediatric ward since it was the old ward before it was done up. The place is amazing now.

The domestics have all been so lovely too, my daughter has had a few bouts of sickness and they are so quick at coming in and cleaning up and being so friendly chatting away. I am very happy with everything so far.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and I am delighted to read how impressed you are with the care you and your daughter have received whilst on Daisy. We are very fortunate to have a great team in Daisy and all staff go above and beyond for patients and their families. It is wonderful to hear how supportive and attentive the team have been and I will be delighted to share this lovely feedback with them. I am pleased to hear such positive feedback on the environment as we strive to ensure patients and their families have a comfortable stay.

The domestic services team will be delighted to read your comments about the ward cleanliness as they take great pride in their work - thank you for noticing.
