I have been waiting to have my gallbladder removed for nearly 3 years and the time had finally come.
With appointments all sorted for pre op, Pilgrim hospital staff Juliet and Rachel made me feel welcome and comfortable as never having surgery before.
When I finally went to Grantham hospital for the day of my operation, all the staff were friendly and caring, especially the nurse assigned to me - Quinn.
Quinn did all my checks and asked me questions etc. Quinn also explained as to what would happen.
The anesthetist were brilliant in telling me what happens, and when I went down for surgery, they made me feel calm and relaxed.
After surgery care was awesome and everyone went above and beyond in all their positions and help.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your kind and caring nature's as never had an operation before I would be willing to have another one of it was ever needed.
"Impeccable service"
