My experience on 3 North ward has been fantastic. The staff there have been truly excellent, and their communication with me has been top-notch. I can't pick anyone in particular because everyone has been great in my opinion.

The cleaning staff ensure the ward is always impeccably clean, including the bathrooms. The food has been absolutely perfect, and I have no complaints.

Honestly, I can't think of any improvements – the ward has been perfect. The nurses and doctors have been incredibly busy but still brilliant. All the staff members provide clear explanations, and they all have a first-class attitude.
