About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been admitted into hospital and now am awaiting an operation that I wasn’t initially anticipating. Despite this, the staff have been brilliant in calming me and ensuring I feel content. From the doctors to the kitchen staff, everyone has been so so friendly. The simple chat they provide always brightens my day.

The communication has been super, I have been talking to the doctors daily and the information they have always kept me informed.

Thank you for giving us this lovely feedback about the Blossom Ward in Craigavon Hospital. I'm sorry to hear that you are will need an operation. I would imagine that would be worrying for you. However, I'm glad to hear that our staff are keeping you in good spirits with their chat and keeping you informed about what is happening.

I hope that all goes well with the operation and you'll be home soon.
