I saw Glasgow Dental Hospital in July for a coronectomy and August for a Wisdom tooth extraction. I have also had dealings with the acute oral manager, Linda and the waiting times co-ordinator over two complaints. They have both been exceptional in listening to my concerns about my treatment date being too far away and did everything possible to resolve my concerns rather than seek to defend them which is such a positive model of complaints handling.
My surgeons were outstanding and ensured that the risk of nerve damage was kept in mind at all times and I have recovered from the coronectomy with no nerve damage despite the risk and the wisdom tooth extraction recovery is on-going but the surgeons did a fantastic job as did the students observing and I was very impressed with the treatment received.
"Very impressed with the treatment received."
