"A friendly environment"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Children’s Outpatient dept

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Children's OPD has been a regular visit for my daughter with asthma. The department is always clean and looks fresh. It can be difficult to find on your first visit as it is a building on its own, but the reception staff are very helpful in giving directions.

The staff are so good. The advice they have given me and my daughter have really helped in situations. They are so friendly and really try their best to help and do what they can.

Children's OPD has a friendly environment.

Hello Shagq75

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience in our Paediatric Outpatient's Department. I am pleased to hear you have been so well advised and supported regarding your daughter's condition and that staff have made you both feel so welcome. I appreciate that the Children's OPD is not in the main building and can cause confusion but fortunately there are signposts throughout the hospital and on both sides of Clanrye House.

I will be sure to share your kind words with the staff and I wish you and your daughter all the very best.

Kind regards

Jodie
