"They gave advice that can save my child"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Children’s Outpatient dept

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Children's OPD was good. It was my first time here with my son for an asthma clinic. The examination they gave him was really good and they listened to everything he said and seemed interested in it. The department is clean and tidy. The reception staff in there are lovely.

The staff are great listeners and use this to their advantage. They gave great advice to me and my son on how to prevent an asthma attack or what to do in if the situation arises.

Children's OPD has given me advice that can save my child.
