(as a relative),

Mum was moved to Ellen’s Glen House, Hawthorn ward, Edinburgh a couple weeks ago,.what can we say but a huge Thank You. Mind you thank you does not seem enough the love care and attention given to mum by all of the staff is magnificent, I can’t remember all of the staff names sorry, Laura. Samantha, Caroline and all the rest you are wonderful.  

However, the support to us, not just to mum but to me and my husband is magnificent, nothing is a bother when you are so busy and and even the cups of tea when I get upset.  Your kindness is incredible and we cannot thank you enough, you are wonderful angels and we are indebted to you all.

It is lovely to read that your mum, and your family have received such support from the staff, and have been treated with such kindness.
