(as the patient),

I’ve recently been referred for both ultrasound & MRI scans. I was pretty worried & concerned before arriving at both appointments, as my referrals were considered ’urgent’. On both occasions the staff have been absolutely exemplary in terms of their professionalism, kindness and clarity of explanation. I’ve felt at-ease and well informed. They’ve made potentially frightening appointments feel very reassuring.

It is always a pleasure to receive such comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
