"Long wait times for appointment and cancelled…"

Usual wait times, at least 2 weeks for telephone appointment, 3 weeks if you want a face to face appointment. My last telephone appointment was not fulfilled by the practice.

Good evening
We are very sorry to read your review and that you feel the service we are providing falls below the standard you would reasonably accept of your GP Surgery.
We really do try very hard to schedule our appointments and clinics in a way to provide the best availability that we can, with the most appropriate clinician. Obviously on occasions, we also get sick, and in those circumstances we do need to cancel lists - but this is always our last option.
Please get in touch with us directly, asking to speak to the Operations Manager, if you would like to discuss this in more detail, in person.
