"Biopsy procedure at Mater Hospital Belfast"

I was very anxious about attending for a biopsy procedure on my temple. I was treated with great care and respect by every staff member that I had contact with. I felt included and was kept informed of every step of the process which I found very reassuring.

My experience turned out to be a positive one and not as I had dreaded.

This is an efficient team of friendly, professional staff who delivered a first class  service for the NHS. I would like to convey my sincere thanks to all involved in my care at the Mater Hospital Day Procedure Centre, from the receptionist to nursing staff and the surgeon.
