(as a service user),

I required a CT and I want to say a huge thank you to Erin the radiographer who looked after me during it . Her knowledge, kindness and compassion went a long way .

From the point of greeting me she talked me through the process, cannulated me with ease and made sure I knew she would stop if I needed her to at any point . She gave me written follow up information at the end . Erin is a credit to the Trust .
