After contacting NHS 24 due to experiencing severe dental pain, I was referred for an emergency appointment with the dental service at Kings Cross Hospital, NHS Tayside, which I attended later that same day.
The member of staff at the reception desk and the dental nurse were so pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. The dentist on duty was Gillian, who was just brilliant. She quickly identified the problem, provided the necessary treatment, and gave me clear advice about aftercare and what to do next. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much to everyone involved for providing me with such excellent care.
