About: Arbroath Infirmary / General Outpatients Department

(as a service user),

I was met by Lesley this morning at Arbroath Infirmary to get a blood pressure monitor fitted.  She was so welcoming.  What a lovely lady.  I have never completed a feedback form before but I came away from that appointment really feeling as though she deserves so much credit for being fantastic at her job and amazing with people.
