"Seen and assessed very quickly"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

My Dad was brought to ED in the Royal Victoria Hospital following a fall. I spent the night with him as his communication is impaired and he has difficulty answering questions and asking for help.

He was seen and assessed very quickly and had an xray and CT performed. Everyone he had contact with were compassionate, professional and competent in the most challenging of work environments. I don't remember everyones names unfortunately, but Joanne  (the nurse looking after him) and Tony were very good, not only to him, but also to me as a relative.

We hear so many negative things about our health service but it truly is one to be proud of and with a workforce that is second to none.
