"Amazing Care - Ward GA"

I was admitted to hospital with some really worrying symptoms. From the minute I arrived at ward GA I was treated with care & skill from the obviously very busy staff. After initial tests gave concerning results, not only was I in pain, I was very anxious. Whilst all staff were fabulous I want to name two nurses who took time with me to listen to my fears, comfort me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Melissa on Night Shift and Nicole on Day Shift were just fantastic. The are an asset to the ward.

In more general terms, ward GA has implemented some very good systems for moving people quickly from triage to discharge, a bed on their ward or a bed elsewhere. The patient flow was impressive to watch for someone who has studied in this area.
