Our 90 year old mother took really unwell at home at the end of October and an ambulance was called. Carrie & Claire came within minutes and dealt with our mum with care and compassion.
She was blue lighted up to Ayr Hospital where she was seen immediately in A & E and place into resus Charge Nurse Sharon and her staff were wonderful with her, after an overnight stay in resus she was transferred to Orange Zone CAU and once again was treated with great care and compassion. She was then transferred to St 1 and once again relieved great care and attention.
My mother had never been hospitalised before and she can't stop singing the praises of all involved in her care , my sister's and I would just like to express our gratitude to all involved in her care. I work with in the health care setting and I am so proud of everyone involved from porters, cleaners, care assistants, nurses and Doctors.
