(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has been suffering abdominal pains for around 6 months. Referral made for an ultrasound.....still waiting 10 weeks later! Just been to out of hours to be told sorry... and that there's nothing they can do.

Dear Saldo,

I am so sorry for the distress your daughter is experiencing due to her illness, and I understand that she is anxiously awaiting her ultrasound scan.

May I propose that you consider reaching out to your GP directly so they can contact us, enabling us to potentially expedite the scheduling of the ultrasound.

I genuinely hope for your daughter's condition to improve, and I acknowledge the immense stress this situation must be causing you.
