"Doctors were outstanding in their explanations"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Day Hospital Larkfield Unit

(as the patient),

My elderly husband and I attended the frailty clinic at Larkfield Unit in Greenock which is run by Kay, advanced nurse practioner and Dr Martin, consultant geriatrician for assessment.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception followed by several other members of staff who made us very relaxed and cared for.

Kay and Dr. Martin were outstanding in their explanations of why we have been invited to attend the clinic and made us very comfortable with their questions and also in taking bloods and other examinations.
