(as a service user),

I have recently received an auditory implant which has improved my hearing immeasurably. 

I was suffering extremely poor hearing for quite a number of years and this was having a very negative effect on my quality of life.

I have received tremendous care and support from Mr.Toner and his fantastic team at Beech Hall. I can’t thank the guys at Beech Hall enough for their professionalism, care and the help I have received from them over the last year or so.
