“The care and support that I receive at Overmills has been excellent. The staff always treat me with dignity and respect.

I always get to choose what activities I want to do when I attend. I have a mild learning disability and I am unable to read or write; this doesn’t detract from my ability to make my own choices and decisions. Staff support me whenever I need a bit of assistance enabling me to take part and join in with my peers. I enjoy all the activities that are on offer to me especially bingo, quizzes and reminiscence.

I am happy with the transport service provided both the drivers and escorts are all very helpful.

The unit is very clean and warm; it’s a lovely place to come to each week.

The lunch at Overmills is excellent. There is always a good choice of food that I enjoy.

I am relaxed at Overmills and I enjoy being in the company of others. I feel coming to Overmills lifts my mood, boosts my confidence and self-esteem and gives me something to look forward to.”
