(as a service user),

Just want to acknowledge how thankful I am for the wonderful staff in the user involvement team. Miriam is so good at making you feel listened to and that she really cares. The whole team - Kathleen and Ruth plus Lisa, even though she is in a different post - are such a credit to the Southern Trust.

Listening is such an important part of service user and carer involvement and how we can learn from experience of our services, working together to improve. We are keen to have many more voices involved as part of our community of involvement, informing and shaping services.
