So impressed with this hospital. As a Lanarkshire Health Board patient I was referred here for plastic surgery. Beautiful hospital. Nicest one I have ever been in and beautiful grounds.

Had surgery carried out by Mr Aldridge and his team. So pleased with results. Procedure, apart from local anaesthetic, completely pain free. Couldn’t believe how quick it was. Scar on my face has healed beautifully and I am confident it will be barely visible once healing has fully completed.

Can’t thank Mr Aldridge and his team enough for their care and professionalism. Icing on the cake was today’s news that pathology reports the margins are all clear.

Many thanks to Mr Aldridge in particular for his fabulous skills and care. You are truly blessed having someone with his skills in your employment.

I have shared your wonderful feedback with Mr Aldridge and his team and they have asked me to respond on their behalf.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback, it is always appreciated by our teams as it reassures us that we are doing what we set out to do, and that is for our patients to have excellent care and a positive journey & outcome whilst within our service.

We are very lucky to have a (fairly) new building in Forth Valley, which is kept immaculate by an amazing team of staff who go above and beyond to ensure it is kept clean, tidy and maintained.

Mr Aldridge and his team were happy for your feedback regarding your procedure and glad to hear that your wound is healing well and reassuring news that margins are clear.

Hopefully things keep healing well and you can have an enjoyable Christmas.
